Overnight Customer Service Team Lead 24/7 Hybrid

Starling Bank in Southampton is seeking an experienced overnight Team Leader to inspire and drive a high-performing contact centre. You will coach staff, schedule workloads, and ensure exceptional service via phone, email, live chat and social media.

Work pattern is 37.5 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rotation from 20:00 to 07:15, with one fortnightly in-office shift and the rest remote. Starling offers a Living Wage, flexible working, pension, private medical insurance and generous holiday.
