The Poling Supervisor shall be required to manage Poling crews from a site level on behalf of KTL. This includes the completion of particular projects delivered Right First Time, to H&S standards and within budget.

• At least three to five years' experience in a similar role with a proven understanding of the OHL Poling Standards
• Strong understanding of project methodology and experience in delivering
• Live poling Experience desirable but not required projects Excellent oral and written communications User of MS Office package, and other app-based platforms (.ie ArcGIS)
• Strong organizational ability to look after multiple poling

• Supervise KTL and sub-contractors poling crews assigned to projects
• Ensure site works are properly scoped, and any issues identified are reported in a timely manner to the project team.
• Ensure projects / site are completed safely, on time, to client quality standards and within budget
• Establish and maintain quality standards and project methodology across all site works. Complete site safety and quality audits in line with project KPIs
• Ensure health and safety compliance is maintained in accordance with KTL's and Client policies.
• Undertake all necessary actions and support to facilitate achievement of the delivery of project/s targets in terms of time programme , cost and quality
• Be fully familiar with client specifications and ensure all project teams are aware of and deliver on technical requirements.

• Commercially focused and able to deliver project KPI's on time, on budget and according to quality metrics
• Able to understand and meet client expectations in line with projects scope
• Self starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and fast paced organization. Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and key project stakeholders. Provides effective direction and guidance to project teams
