About the role

The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.

We're looking for an Outsourcing Manager to provide crypto outsourcing oversight. You'll manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships, while collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to deliver key regulatory reporting and documentation on third-party management.

What you'll be doing

• Managing outsourcing and third-party risk management activities, including onboarding, due diligence, and vendor monitoring
• Implementing third-party risk management policies and operating model
• Controlling approvals processed through internal governance for outsourcing changes
• Providing guidance to staff on risk management procedures and accountability
• Ensuring compliance with UK outsourcing and operational resilience requirements
• Preparing regular status reports on outsourcing activities for senior management
• Managing intragroup services agreements, including SLAs and service catalogues
• Building and testing exit plans and scenario-based stress tests for critical services
• Assessing and monitoring sub-outsourcing (fourth-party) risk

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management or supply chain roles
• In-depth knowledge of business resilience regulations in retail financial services
• The ability to develop service monitoring processes and risk assessments
• Fluency in English

• A risk management qualification
• Experience interacting at executive and board levels
• Solid industry stakeholder connections
• Experience in financial services
