Outreach SEMH & KS3 Specialist Teacher

Hampshire County Council is seeking an UPR Teacher (Primary Behaviour Service) to support children with SEMH needs across KS2 and KS3. The role involves providing specialist guidance to schools, modelling effective practice, and helping develop inclusive approaches that foster lasting positive change.

This position supports the growing KS3 provision with outreach and in-reach work, collaborating with Headteachers, SENCOs and school staff to strengthen capacity and ensure successful transitions.
