We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail, dedicated to placing patient and customer care at the forefront of our service. This is a part time, fixed term opportunity.
Responsibilities- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate our various computer systems competently.
- Solid customer care skills and prior experience, preferably in an office or reception setting.
- Flexibility in your approach to work, including a willingness to cover reception in any Outpatient area. You may be asked to provide reception cover at Kings Mill Hospital, Ashfield Health Village, Mansfield Community Hospital and our up and coming Community Diagnostic Centre.
- Availability to work any day of the week between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to accommodate the needs of our clinics (rotas will be provided in advance).
- Directing patients to the correct clinic if they are in the wrong area.
- Managing outgoing patient appointments once they have been seen by their consultant.
- Weekend work will be part of this role on a rota basis, to meet the needs of the service.

Person Specification Knowledge- Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard.
- Knowledge of Careflow PAS
- Knowledge of CRIS
- Knowledge of Endo Base
- Knowledge of Medi Logic
- Experience in the NHS in general
- Experience of Cardio Base
- To be educated to O'level / GCSE equivalent or to have previous administration experience
- To possess GCSE A-C passes including Math and English equivalent
- Clerical experience
- Customer care experience.
- 18 week RTT knowledge and experience
- Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary including weekends
- Must be able to travel between sites if required
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods
