We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders (Outdoor Activity Instructors) at our Maes Y Nant centre.
What you will be doing as a Group Leader (Outdoor Activity Instructor)Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But it's more than that, you will:
- Build confidence in children aged 7-11
- Encourage teamwork and resilience
- Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy
No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.
What you will get- £13.45 per hour (£1,650 - £1,700 per month estimated based on a 33 hour per week contract)

Gain nationally recognised qualifications in:
- Archery
- First Aid
- Paddle Sports
- Climbing
Also a catalogue of courses available, including Autism Awareness, Child Mental Health Training and many more.

You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be:
- Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging
- Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary)
- Confident leading groups
- A natural storyteller or motivator
No prior Outdoor Activity Instructor experience needed, we will train you.
