Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).
We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York, strengthening our international presence.
Our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone: serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

As part of the Sales Team, you will work alongside talented & ambitious people with one goal: converting prospects into customers to support our mission of reducing global emissions.
Our team is divided by regions: France, UK, US, and Rest Of World, covering various markets.
The Outbound Sales Development team's mission focuses on prospection and lead qualification, seeking new prospects, reaching out, and understanding their needs to tailor our help.
We collaborate closely with Account Executives, Partnerships, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
This role offers constant feedback, fast learning, and growth opportunities. Becoming an AE after 1.5-2 years is feasible, with potential mobility into other teams.
The Goals
- Identify target companies and contacts in the UK/Irish market
- Utilize cold calling, emailing, and other channels to reach leads
- Qualify leads & pitch Greenly's value proposition
- Follow up on KPIs & leads
- Participate in or lead internal projects to improve processes and growth

Extra points for candidates who:
- Know lead qualification frameworks and argument management
- Have experience with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, or Lusha
- Have entrepreneurial or associative experience
Please note: this role is based in London. We have a flexible WFH policy, but candidates outside the region will not be considered.
