Benefits

Hourly wage of £13.00 per hour. Unsociable hours are paid at higher rates: £14.00 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight and £15.00 from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
• Engage with businesses across the American market
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all calls
• Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs
• Represent our client's brand in a professional manner

Working Hours & Location

• Full time role, Monday to Friday
• Working hours fully flexible between 1 p.m. and 2 a.m., aligned with U.S. time zones
• 37.5-40 hours per week
• Hybrid model: onsite office training followed by optional remote work
