Proven experience as an out-of-hours handyman or handywoman with a broad range of skills (minor repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.).2. Ability to work efficiently and independently across Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Tewkesbury.3. Valid public liability insurance is required for partnership.4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.5. Professional attitude with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties out-of-hours .- Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations.- Complete jobs on time and submit clear invoices promptly. Payment Terms We operate on a bi-weekly payment cycle.
