Organisational Development Delivery Manager - HR

Fixed Term Contract Length: 12 Months Location: UK with flex to travel to JM Sites when required

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with business leaders and People teams to shape organisation and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Supporting workforce planning and talent strategies that align with long-term business priorities.
• Assessing organisational capability needs and developing plans to address skill and capacity gaps.
• Identifying people-related risks, dependencies and impacts across transformation programmes.
• Enabling workforce transition activities, including role clarity, reskilling and redeployment planning.
• Driving continuous improvement in organisation development delivery and transformation governance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Degree in Organisation Development, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience delivering organisation development initiatives within large transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability assessment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage people risks and organisational interdependencies.
• Confidence working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
