Salary: £34,685 - £40,524 per annum (pro rata)
Working Pattern: 35hrs per week Monday to Friday -Permanent
Location:Can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute and includes hybrid working
To support our ambitious Transformational Change activities, Argyll Community Housing Association has two new and exciting posts available for Organisational Development Business Partners.
We are seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals to work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisational and people capability. Working as part of a team, your role will be to support organisational change, including the implementation of the Association's People Strategy Action Plan and other organisational development activities such as our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work, to drive forward the Group transformation strategy. This will include delivery of a new employee experience strategy to embed culture change and drive continuous improvement across the Group.
The successful candidates will provide a high quality people service, advice and support on people matters which will influence the delivery of the organisation's services, and support in the development and delivery of a training plan which meets the requirement of ACHA's business needs. You will also work closely with managers to identify skills gaps and to support employees to learn, develop and take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.
It is essential for the role to have a minimum of 3 higher grades or equivalent, and to hold or be prepared to study for a professional qualification in organisational development as part of your career development with us. You will also need to have great interpersonal skills and experience in providing professional advice and solutions on a wide range of human resource matters.
