Org Design Partner: Strategic Structures & Change (Remote)

Tesco is seeking an Organisation Design lead to partner with Exec members and business leaders to design structures and roles that support strategy over the next 1-3 years. You will drive a strategic plan for the Group business, balancing internal and external perspectives.

You will work with leaders to understand requirements, develop OD blueprints, and challenge options with data-led insights while aligning with Tesco's Service Model and governance processes. Flexible working is supported.
