Order to Cash Team Lead-6m contract

As part of this project, your role as Order to Cash TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote creation, Contracting supplier Sales Order Entry & Processing on SAP by following step by step processes documented in client provided SOPs
• Change blocks within the sales order in case of insufficient allocation/availability/ credit
• Respond to and resolve enquiries, complaints, returns or requests via internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
• Update sales orders in case of loading date & delivery date changes & Create manual invoice in SAP on request of the customer
• Create debit/credit notes, serving as adjustments to invoices
• Ensure non-standard terms and conditions are approved and communicated
• Manage Modifications, changes, cancellations
• Enter (provisional) prices into the sales order, based on the price list shared by the Account Manager
• Contact internal stakeholders in case of urgent requests for allocation/availability/credit
• Input data from paper documents, electronic files, or other sources into our databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Understanding of Reverse Logistics Programs / Planning, managing Reverse Logistics Depots (3PL), Reverse Logistics Freight/Refund/ODM/RC
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation, verifying information such as quantities, descriptions, prices, and shipping details.
• Update sales orders in SAP in case of loading date & delivery date changes and inform haulier/customer

• Being the 1st contact person for timeslot issues & Daily check on all open shipments
• Create return order in SAP in case the shipment is not accepted by the customer
• Handling withdraws / rejections / cancellations and Communication with customer / haulier via phone/ email
Required Skills and Experience:
Availability to start Mid-July
- Computer skills, MS Office package required
- SAP experience
- Enterprise Resource Planning system (basic knowledge)
- People management (small / medium size team)
- Customer relations management / supply chain / logistics / statistics experience
