Job Description
Role Overview

As the Order Management Specialist, you independently manage complex, high impact orders across the Quote to Cash (Q2C) lifecycle and serve as a trusted resource for resolving escalations, ensuring order quality and compliance, and driving continuous process improvement.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Own and manage complex customer orders end to end, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interpret contracts, purchase orders (POs), and deal structures to ensure alignment with policies and systems.
  • Resolve order related issues and escalations with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Fulfilment) to validate requirements and optimize workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to peers and contribute to team capability building.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or related Q2C functions.
  • Strong experience working with CRM and ERP systems, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing complex transactions and resolving escalations.
  • Experience working in cross functional, fast paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in order management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and ensure order accuracy and completeness.
  • Skilled in analyzing and resolving complex issues with clear, data driven recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Capability to lead small initiatives or projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
