Order Management Specialist

The opportunity: Reporting to our Market Manager for Ireland, the Order Management Specialist will help shape our customer experience by supporting the smooth and accurate processing of orders, from confirmation through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and resolve order issues and process errors.
• Act as the point of contact for clients with queries, quotes, and order processing.
• Work with the Supply Chain team on order management and shipping support.
• Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation for customers, qualify payments.
• Enter orders into SAP and maintain order databases.
• Create purchase orders for suppliers and internal work orders.
• Work with wider Sales and Project teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment (desired, not essential).
• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel (desired).
