Job Description

Hybrid Order Management role in Peterborough. Excellent opportunity with a global organisation.

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week, including one team day).

Job Type: 6 Month Contract. Salary: £13.49 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately within required deadlines
  • Manually allocate parts to customer orders
  • Compile and distribute export and shipping documentation
  • Support customer account setup activities
  • Assist with credit and debit administration tasks
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports
  • Maintain and cleanse system data to ensure accuracy
  • Update customer details, pricing information and order records
  • Monitor ageing orders and order holds
  • Escalate issues promptly when identified
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Attend workshops, audits and meetings as required
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous order management experience desirable, or transferable administrative skills
  • Strong data entry and administration capabilities
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
