About the Job:
Walker Cole International is looking for an experienced and qualified Oral Solid Dose Expert Consultant to join our client's global pharmaceutical company in the UK. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and project management for new and existing products across the company's sites, CMOs, and partners. You will act as a subject matter expert for technical activities related to Oral Solid Dose (OSD).
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and coach a formulation team specializing in formulation development and clinical manufacturing.
- Support business development activities with technical support and client-facing engagement.
- Work closely with the project management function to deliver on timelines and budget.
- Lead and provide technical support utilizing lean six sigma techniques for investigations.
- Ensure quality and regulatory authority requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Industry experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Work experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Previous experience of leading teams and/or projects is essential.
