Role Overview

Sera Neon is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Technical / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role is suited to a senior consultant who can design secure, scalable cloud integrations and access control frameworks for enterprise Oracle environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering integration architecture, enhancing security controls, and ensuring seamless connectivity across business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture, design, development, and deployment using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Analyse business and technical integration requirements.
• Build and support integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware solutions.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and error handling frameworks.
• Create OTBI / BI Publisher reports to support integrations and business reporting.
• Prepare technical design, migration, and support documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and production deployments.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Design and implement IAM solutions aligned to security and compliance requirements.
• Configure role-based access controls, SSO, provisioning, and user lifecycle processes.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and security assessments.
• Support identity integrations with Oracle Fusion, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure security governance and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years' Oracle technical consulting experience.
• Strong hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and middleware.
• Expertise in Oracle IAM / IDCS / OCI IAM / access governance solutions.
• Experience in API integrations, REST / SOAP services, file integrations, and migration processes.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security architecture and role design.
• Experience with cloud security, access controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills.
• Work on global Oracle Cloud transformation programs
• Collaborate with international teams and clients
• Play a key role in shaping enterprise digital transformation
