Job Description
Key Skills and Prior Experience That Align Well with This Position
  • Proven leadership in Enterprise Applications/Oracle implementation sales with a track record of closing deals valued at circa €5M+ across private and public sectors
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in technology consulting or enterprise software delivery sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions and experience navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments
What Type of Work Will I Be Doing?
  • Driving the full pursuit cycle for Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM opportunities, from opportunity identification to contract signature
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans with clear revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Overseeing the creation of compelling RFP responses and commercial proposals that differentiate Deloitte's offerings
  • Directing/Supporting client pitches and presentations to senior enterprise stakeholders and procurement teams
  • Managing complex negotiations and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise clients, Oracle leadership, and technology partners
  • Collaborating with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Driving go-to-market strategies, participating in industry events, and supporting business development initiatives
Location

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a flexible hybrid working model combining office and client site presence.
