Job Description

Zohorecruit is hiring an on-site functional consultant to act as the client-facing SME for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management in our London delivery team.

You will run requirements workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and design/configure Core HR components such as Legal Entities, Departments, Jobs, and Grades. You will also configure Absence Management and support data migrations and quarterly releases.
