Oracle HCM Consultant

Overview

Engagement Type: System Improvements / Enhancements.

Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to conduct health checks, provide best practice recommendations, identify opportunities for improvements, perform AI assessments, and implement enhancements across HCM modules.

Minimum Years Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM

Key Skills

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence, and Time & Labor).
• Experience conducting system health checks and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Expertise in HCM best practices, process improvements, and change management.
• Familiarity with Oracle AI/ML features within HCM for workforce analytics and insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for delivering recommendations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health checks of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and configurations.
• Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements to optimize system performance.
• Conduct AI/ML assessments to leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities for workforce insights and automation.
• Implement enhancements, system updates, and process automation to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to stakeholders.
