About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedOracle HCM Cloud Talent Management & Learning Lead to support a global Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation. This role will lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support for theTalent ManagementandOracle Learning Cloudworkstreams.
The ideal candidate is a hands on Oracle HCM Cloud functional lead with strong experience inPerformance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Profiles, Career Development, and Oracle Learning Cloud.
This is a client facising role requiring strong workshop facilitation, Oracle configuration expertise, issue resolution skills, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward standard Oracle Cloud functionality and scalable HR leading practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learning workstreams from design through go-live and hypercare.
- Facilitate client design workshops and confirm future state processes for Talent and Learning.

- Configure Oracle Learning Cloud functionality, including:
- Learning catalog
- Courses, offerings, and activities
- Learning assignments
- Learning records and completions
- Compliance and certification tracking
- Assessments and evaluations
- Learning content and SCORM related setup
- Support design and validation of performance document templates, goal plans, talent review templates, box chart views, succession plans, talent pools, and profile content sections.
- Support Oracle Learning setup for compliance training, learning paths/programs, enrollment, completion tracking, attendance, and learner/admin experiences.
- Partner with data migration teams to support conversion and validation of talent profile data, performance history, goals, learning content, learning records, and completion history.
- Work with integration teams on Oracle delivered learning content provider integrations and calendar integration where applicable.
- Partner with security teams to validate Talent and Learning roles for employees, managers, HR specialists, learning administrators, instructors, and talent administrators.
- Define and validate reporting requirements for performance, goals, talent review, succession, talent profiles, learning completions, compliance training, and overdue learning.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, regression testing, cutover, go live readiness, and hypercare.
- Maintain workstream scope discipline and guide the client toward delivered Oracle Cloud capabilities wherever possible.
- Coordinate closely with Core HR, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Data Conversion, Testing, Change Management, and Program Leadership teams.
- 7+ years of HR technology or Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- 5+ years of hands on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience.
- At least 3 full cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle Talent Management, including:
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- Talent Review
- Succession Planning
- Talent Profiles
- Hands on experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Experience configuring learning catalogs, courses, offerings, activities, assignments, learning records, completions, assessments, and evaluations.
- Experience with learning content migration, SCORM content, compliance training, and learning history conversion.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security, roles, approvals, notifications, and data access concepts.
- Experience supporting data migration, integration testing, reporting validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Ability to lead client workshops independently and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configuration.
- Strong communication skills with HR, Talent, Learning, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fixed scope implementation environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Talent Management, Learning, or related HCM modules.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and Design Studio configuration.
- Experience with global Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Experience with external learning content providers.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook calendar integration for learning events.
- Experience with compliance heavy learning environments.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, or Oracle HCM data loading tools.
- Experience connecting Talent Management and Learning processes into a broader employee development and workforce capability strategy.
The ideal candidate is someone who can both lead the workstreamandconfigure the solution. They should be comfortable running workshops with senior HR stakeholders in the morning and reviewing configuration, test defects, data issues, or security access problems in the afternoon.
They must understand how Talent and Learning processes connect across the employee lifecycle, including goals, performance, development, learning, talent review, succession, and employee profiles.

- Configuration is completed, documented, and validated against agreed requirements.
- Talent and Learning data conversion is properly mapped, tested, and reconciled.
- Learning content, course history, completion data, and compliance learning are ready for go live.
- SIT and UAT defects are triaged and resolved effectively.
- Security, reporting, integration, and data dependencies are managed proactively.
- The client is prepared to operate Talent Management and Oracle Learning after go live.
- Scope creep is managed professionally and escalated appropriately.
