Change & Engagement Lead - Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Transformation (FTC to June 2028)

Fixed-Term Contract until June 2028
We are recruiting a Change & Engagement Lead to support a large-scale Finance Systems Transformation Programme delivering a global implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading organisational change across Finance, Procurement, Projects, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Performance Management.
This position combines strategic change leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Strategic Change Leadership

Define and lead the end-to-end change management strategy aligned to programme objectives

Establish an integrated change approach across ERP (transactional) and EPM (performance) solutions
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

Map and engage stakeholders across executive and operational levels

Act as a trusted advisor on readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship

Embed effective change governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
Business Change Delivery

Lead change impact assessments across processes, roles, controls, data, and behaviours

Develop change roadmaps aligned to phased ERP and EPM releases

Support business process owners in adopting standardised Oracle Fusion processes
Training, Communications & Adoption

Define and deliver a comprehensive training and communications strategy

Establish and lead a Change Champion network

Define readiness criteria and track adoption KPIs through go-live, hypercare, and stabilisation

Proven experience leading change on large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programmes

Strong experience across Finance and performance management domains

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels

Hands-on expertise in change impact analysis, training strategy, communications, and readiness assessments

Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (eg ADKAR, Kotter)

Experience working within complex, multi-workstream programmes

Relevant change certification (eg Prosci, CCMP, ACMP) desirable
