Oracle EPM PROJECT MANAGER
My client has a requirement for an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to join their project.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the efficient service delivery, technical and functional maintenance and enhancements of the Finance applications & product assigned to her/him:
- Oracle HFM (11.2.17) - Used for statutory consolidation, management reporting, budget aggregation, and strategic planning
- K-Shuttle K-IFRS16 - for compliance with IFRS16
- K-Shuttle CSR application for ESG compliance and CSRD reporting
- BOARD (v13) - for budget preparation (1 country) and the Group's service catalog
- A tool currently being selected to integrate multiple processes for a large number of countries and to migrate management reporting.

She/he will ensure continuous patching and be a mandatory validation gate of all changes happening on the platforms, ensure service continuity and support for the maintenance in operational condition (MCO).
She/he will ensure the Architecture, Security, Audit, GDPR, Compliance and internal policies requirements are followed for her/his applications.
She/he will act as the main point of contact, as a business partner, between Finance departments across all offices ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives worldwide to coordinate various requests while ensuring the functional coherence and compliance of the applications.
She/he will need to establish the administration of new tools, which will cover a broader functional scope, including the implementation of a new outsourced application maintenance team and the definition of new IT processes.
She/he will be the team leader and primary escalation point for the users. She/He will animate the user community around the world by planning regular webinars, newsletter, etc. In their role, users will oversee definition and respect of processes and operational guidelines.
She/he will be responsible for her/his budget: IT budget elaboration, IT budget monitoring and forecasting, spending optimizations (sourcing)
He/she will ensure that contractors activities are executed according to the contracts in her/his scope of activities. She/he will animate and track the progress of contractor's activities and check the compliance of their deliverables.
Expected knowledge
With a higher education degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or a postgraduate university program in Finance/Management/Applied Computer Science for business management, you have at least 8 years of experience ideally gained within a consulting firm or in a company, with a specialization in Finance Information Systems, and more specifically in EPM tools.
Double competencies in IT and functional Finance,
You have a very good knowledge and understanding of the Finance function (reporting, budgeting, accounting, and consolidation) and the associated processes.
Additionally, you have experience in managing an application, maintaining it in operational condition and evolving it, as well as managing a team.
At the heart of client issues, you demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigor, organization, and autonomy, along with a proven service-oriented mindset. You are proactive enabling you to adapt in a highly ambitious and dynamic context.
Dynamic and motivated, you are accustomed to interacting with both IT and business teams. A good team spirit and strong interpersonal skills are key to coordinating the various stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory (both oral and written) as all communications are conducted in English (multi-country/cultural team).
