Oracle EPM PBCS Technical Developer

Description: An opportunity to work with one of the leading organisations in Banking and Finance. Working to assist them with issue resolution and enhancements to their Oracle EPM products, whilst ensuring they are getting the maximum value from their products and achieving demonstrable return on investment. Specifically developing Planning and Forecasting, you will be the SME and the go-to Technical expert. There will also be an opportunity to train others in the Team.

5 Key Skills Required:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM cloud or on-premise.
2. Technical hands-on experience with EPM Planning and Forecasting.
3. Knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts.
4. Experience of developing reporting and financial modelling.
5. Experience of managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

1. You will work as part of the team, working alongside other Support Analysts, and reporting directly to one of the Senior Managers Financial Planning and Forecasting.
2. You will assist the team in resolving issues and working on enhancements to their Oracle EPM products.
3. You will be proactive in providing recommendations to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their Oracle EPM products and achieving demonstrable return on investment.
4. You will excel in delivering satisfaction in developing the required reporting.
5. Provide insight and knowledge transfer to others in the team and be the SME.
