Oracle EPM Consultant - EPM, CPM, Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance Management, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, PBCS, ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS, Groovy, Planning, Budgeting, Accounts reconciliation, Business Rules, Integration, Financial Consolidation, Reporting, UK, Remote, £70,000 - £100,000 permanent

We are seeking a hands on Oracle EPM Consultant to join an international, market leading Oracle Partner on a permanent basis, supporting high profile European Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

This role is focused on technical delivery, particularly building and enhancing solutions within PBCS and ARCS, rather than leading finance transformation initiatives or workshops.

You will work closely with other consultants to configure, develop, and optimise planning models and reconciliation processes, including business rules, data integrations, metadata, and automation across the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Latin America, Germany, France, The Netherlands or the United Kingdom.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle Oracle/Hyperion EPM implementation
  • Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) - preferred
  • Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) - preferred
  • Development of complex business rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
  • Metadata design and application configuration
  • Webform and dashboard development
  • Data reconciliation and validation frameworks
  • Strong SQL skills (query development, data transformation, optimisation)
  • Experience integrating EPM systems with ERP platforms, data warehouses, flat files, and APIs
  • Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions
  • Experience with automation and process optimisation within Oracle EPM

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment
  • Design, configure, and develop solutions within ARCS and PBCS
  • Build business rules, calculations, and automation using Calculation Manager and Groovy
  • Develop planning forms, dashboards, and reconciliation workflows
  • Design and manage metadata, application configuration, and data validation frameworks
  • Develop and support data integrations between Oracle EPM and source systems (ERP, data warehouses, flat files, APIs)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions
  • Support testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution
  • Produce functional and technical documentation
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and mentor junior consultants within delivery teams

Location: Global- Remote/Hybrid travel to Europe
