Project Duration: 1 month

Job Description:

Provide functional support for the following Fusion EPM Modules:

  1. EPBCS - Planning & Budgeting
  2. PCMCS - Profitability & Cost Mgmt
  3. FCCS - Financial Consolidation and Close

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Act as a techno-functional consultant to deliver Oracle EPM ADM/implementation projects to our clients.
  2. Operate across the project SDLC phases like gathering business requirements, functional/technical design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go live support activities.
  3. Be proactive with a solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements.
  4. Ensure quality, correctness, and completeness of all project deliverables and adhere to consulting standards that are in place.
  5. Collaborate and communicate with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  6. Lead a small team of developers and build high performing teams.
  7. Be willing to travel onsite on a short-term or long-term basis as needed.
  8. Exhibit good written/verbal communication, presentation, and interactive skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  1. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules and have completed 2+ implementation projects in either Oracle EPBCS/FCCS/EDMCS/ARCS/EPCM/PCMCS/TRCS/NR.
  2. Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPMAutomate, etc.
  3. Proficiency in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions.
  4. Good understanding of financial statements and financial close/budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  1. Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market and On-Premises Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, OAC, etc.
  2. Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function.
  3. Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients.
  4. A proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving service delivery excellence.
