Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role? This company is seeking a talented individual to lead the Reporting Workstream for a major transformation project, migrating HR and Payroll functions from on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite to Oracle HCM Cloud.
As the Oracle Fusion Developer, you will be responsible for working in a small team of reporting analyst/developers, ensuring that the reporting requirements for the new solution are captured, designed, and developed in line with business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and a System Integrator to deliver a seamless reporting solution.
Responsibilities- Leading the reporting workstream and acting as the primary point of contact for all reporting activities
- Assessing and resolving reporting gaps and change impacts resulting from the migration to Oracle Cloud HCM
- Managing the successful testing and acceptance of reporting solutions
- Providing leadership and direction to a team of reporting analysts
- Collaborating with Cyber Security and Data Protection teams to ensure data compliance
- Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
- Proficiency in using reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
- Experience working with System Integrators and managing third-party relationships
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A background in working on projects, preferably with larger companies
- Understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
