Oracle Contracts & Spend Analyst

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Contracts System Analyst to join the Supply Chain Tender Delivery team in Ireland. You will manage Oracle contracts, ensure accurate spend reporting, and support compliance with internal PD02/PD03 policies and EU procurement rules.

Reporting to the Procurement Systems & Process Lead, you will collaborate with procurement, Maximo, Unifier, and IT teams, overseeing contract data quality, month-end reporting, and contract renewals as the team grows.
