Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with skills in the full Oracle Cloud Suite to engage with the business and support the full lifecycle of a Cloud delivery project. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in end-to-end Cloud transformation and implementation delivery for large-scale enterprises.

Key Skills Required

1. Successfully delivered multiple Cloud projects.
2. Experience with Cloud Core HR and relevant applications implementation.
3. Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR and related applications, with a comprehensive understanding of how HCM integrates into the overall ERP design and its relationship with other Oracle modules.
4. Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues.
5. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.

Areas of Responsibility

1. Engage in advisory roles and deliver projects.
2. Support the full lifecycle of Cloud delivery projects.
3. Understand business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare business analyses.
4. Liaise with the Business as the Project Manager and Oracle Cloud expert to oversee and advise on the overall solution.
5. Manage projects to adhere to timelines and budgets.
