Job Description

Oracle Alliances Manager. Fully Remote. SOLE AGENT

Fully remote but need to be based in the UK.

Our client, a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy, with deep expertise in Oracle technologies, AI-driven automation, and enterprise cloud solutions, require an Oracle Alliances Manager to join them. You will play a part in their ambitious growth plans, to reach $100M in revenue within 4 years.

Role Overview

You will be our clients' first Oracle Alliances Manager and as such, will establish and scale their strategic partnership capability. This is a pivotal role that will shape how our client engages with Oracle and its ecosystem to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell opportunities, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alliance Strategy & Execution
    • Define and implement Winfo's Oracle alliance strategy aligned with business growth goals.
    • Build and manage relationships with Oracle UK and regional partner teams.
    • Develop joint value propositions, solution bundles, and GTM campaigns.
  • Partner Enablement & Co-Sell
    • Drive co-sell motions with Oracle sales teams and field marketing.
    • Manage partner onboarding, certifications, and enablement programs.
    • Track and report on pipeline generated through Oracle partnerships.
  • Ecosystem Development
    • Identify and engage complementary Oracle ISVs, SIs, and technology partners.
    • Represent our client at Oracle events, partner forums, and industry roundtables.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to align alliance activities.
    • Educate internal stakeholders on Oracle programs, incentives, and co-sell opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle alliance or partner management roles.
  • Background in a UK-based Oracle partner with 250-500 employees.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and partner programs.
  • Proven success in building joint GTM strategies and driving revenue through alliances.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
