Optometry Clinical Performance Leader - Ireland (ROI)

Specsavers is seeking a Clinical Performance Consultant to support and develop stores, partners and clinicians to deliver high-quality eye care. This role is highly visible across the South of Ireland, working with the Regional Support Team to drive the clinical agenda, improve service access, and grow store performance.

You will lead clinical development, deliver events and training, and empower colleagues with tools and skills to raise clinical standards.
