Optimization & Causal ML Developer Expert

Our global scale-up client is looking for a Senior Optimization & Causal Machine Learning Expert for an exciting and high-impact assignment.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you are a senior-level expert who can:

• Lead and design the project end-to-end with confidence
• Take ownership of technical direction and decision-making
• Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders (technical & business)
• Translate complex modelling Insights into Actionable business value

You should have strong expertise in most of the following areas:

• Optimization (eg, Mathematical optimization, operations research, decision modelling)
• Time series problems (forecasting, demand prediction, dynamic systems)
• Causal Machine Learning (causal inference, uplift modelling, experimentation frameworks)

Location:

Berlin, Candidates must be based in Berlin and be able to work in Berlin office 1-2 days per week with the rest remote work.

Allocation:

Project allocation is expected to be about 80%
