In the Benelux, we operate from two locations: Breda in the Netherlands and Leuven in Belgium. In total, there are about 200 employees working in the Benelux. Our beautiful head office in Breda connects us through open communication, pride in our products and innovations and a pleasant working atmosphere.
Your Role
The role of Customer Care Administrator will involve:
- You advise our customers on a daily basis on the choice of glass;
- In addition, you assess the returned lenses/coatings;
- You ensure correct telephone handling of technical and commercial questions;
- You also handle the complaints;
- You place all data about the orders, assemblies and polishing orders correctly in our system;
- You monitor the turnaround and processing times of the orders;
- You will track and monitor inventory management;
- You work closely with the field service. You send leads. You consult about specific customer questions and you provide timely feedback.
Your Experience
As a Customer Care Administrator, you will have:
- Completed training as an optician / contact lens specialist
- At least 6 years of work experience in optics at an optician, an optical chain or a manufacturer of spectacle lenses.
- To speak to customers well, you have good communication skills with fluency in Dutch and English
- In this position with different activities, it is important that you can plan and organize well, are flexible and are a real team player.
