The firm offers advisory, transactional, and litigation services, with a particular focus on Information Technology Law and navigating complex regulatory and compliance matters for businesses in dynamic sectors. About the Job Job Title -Associate - Contracts & Corporate Laws (1-2 Years PQE)They are looking for a motivated Associate with 1-2 years of experience in contract drafting and corporate laws, preferably with prior exposure at a reputed corporate law firm. Eligibility 
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 1-2 years PQE with corporate law firm experience (mandatory)
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/employment contracts, etc.)
- Assisting with corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters
- Supporting due diligence and documentation in M&A / investment transactions
- Conducting legal research and preparing notes & opinions
- Exposure to diverse corporate & commercial assignments
