Opportunity for a BMC Helix/Remedy Architect - 6-Month Contract (Reading, UK)

5+ years in BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM architecture and delivery.

Hands-on experience with AR System, Atrium CMDB, Digital Workplace, Smart IT, and Smart Reporting.

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).

Proven experience integrating BMC Helix with external platforms (eg, AD, Orchestrators, Discovery tools).

Familiarity with API development, web services, and data migration strategies.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex delivery landscapes.
