Production OperativeLocation: UphallSalary: £24,874 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (08:00 - 16:00)Contract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join team in Uphall. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality butter products.Key Responsibilities

• Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation and mixing of ingredients.
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks.
• Package and label finished products accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor.
• Support other production tasks as required.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within the food industry (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
