Operations Support Operator - Safe Loading & Packing

Synthomer plc, a leading specialty polymers company, is seeking an Operations Support Operator for a 6-month fixed term contract at the Stallingborough site. The role focuses on safe loading and packing of finished products and assisting with production activities to ensure safety, efficiency and high housekeeping standards.

You will work as part of a team, operate process equipment, complete paperwork, and support the wider operations team while adhering to site SHE procedures.
