Job Description

The Operations Supervisor role is essential to the functionality and efficiency of the store. Their core purpose is to maintain store operations to facilitate a seamless customer experience. This individual supports company and management initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures outlined by the organization. Operations Supervisors are scheduled flexibly, with hours based on business needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Operational Excellence
  2. Ensure store adherence to company policies and procedures (P & P)
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of all P & P
  1. Inventory Management
  2. Supervise receiving, transfer, and RTV processes
  3. Maximize storage and capacity in all product and supply categories
  4. Partner with store management for bi-annual inventory counts
  5. Execute corporate-directed cycle counts
  6. Actively manage inventory discrepancies
  7. Contribute to low inventory shrink by ensuring consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints
  1. Maintenance
  2. Ensure all assets are well-maintained and meet brand standards
  3. Communicate and follow up on store maintenance issues
  1. Communications
  2. Disseminate corporate communication to the store team
  3. Communicate operational initiatives and procedures
  1. IT Systems
  2. Serve as store expert in core operational systems
  3. Educate staff on POS and other systems
  4. Troubleshoot technology issues with corporate IT

  • Innovate to differentiate our brand and operate at best-in-class status
  • Lead the store team to execute operations flawlessly
  • Model core values and manage conflict appropriately
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and peers
Customer/Brand Experience
  • Partner with management to ensure positive brand representation
  • Support excellent customer service through product knowledge and operational ownership
  • Resolve customer issues and manage repair and alteration programs
  • Maintain consistent brand aesthetic and lifestyle representation

Experience
  • 2-4 years in retail operations or management
  • Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform related tasks
  • Availability based on business needs
