Job Description

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client operating in the recruitment industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin.

Role:

• This position will report into the Managing Director.
  
• Work closely with the Business Owner / Board of Directors to execute growth plans.
  
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the business across all divisions.
  
• Ensure effective workforce deployment to meet client requirements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational and service issues.
  
• Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
  
• Oversee the management of all contractors and temporary workforce assignments.
  
• Ensure workforce availability aligns with client demand.
  
• Deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets.
  
• Monitor operational KPIs and management reporting.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
  
• Lead, motivate and develop internal teams.
  
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years' senior management experience.
  
• Experience within staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, workforce management, construction services, industrial services or a related sector.
  
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams.
  
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  
• Experience managing client relationships at senior level.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational improvements.
  
• Strong knowledge of employment, contractor and workforce management practices.
