Role overview

As an Operations Manager at Tes, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our global operations, focusing on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will lead operational teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage process improvement, and deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality customer experience globally.
  • Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to support alignment and integration.
  • Deliver training plans and materials for school support teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse operational metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain documentation.
What will you need to succeed?
  • 3+ years of operations management experience, ideally within EdTech or technology.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
