Operations Manager

Our client is not providing a sponsorship.

In this position you make sure everything in shipping, receiving, stock planning and production support goes well. You lead the operations team for the EU market and you work closely with colleagues in the US and China. You also keep an eye on materials, orders and stock levels and you help the company stay on track with all standard procedures.

In short, this job is a mix of managing the operations team, taking care of the facility and also doing some hands on operations tasks yourself.

What you will do :

• Leading the operations team
• Making sure all orders are handled on time
• Looking at the process and seeing what can be improved
• Checking and maintaining stock and material levels
• Keeping daily records of shipments and incoming goods
• Creating reports about stock and operations
• Handling purchase orders with suppliers
• Helping with other tasks when needed

Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years experience as an Operations Manager
• Strong skills in Excel is a must
• ERP experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work full time on site
• Demonstrate steady, long-term commitment in their previous roles is a must
