Operations Leader: Guest Experience & Safety

First London Cableway Limited operates the London Cable Car and related experiences. This role leads the operations team to deliver safe, high-quality service and strong commercial performance, with reporting to the Client and oversight of contract compliance.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding, training compliance, and incident reporting while coordinating with facilities and front-of-house teams to deliver successful events and daily operations.
