Operations Executive - Edinburgh

Do you have excellent organisational skills and ready for your next challenge? Looking for an administrative role as part of an innovative market and social research agency?

Progressive Partnership have been supporting their clients with market and social research for the last 40 years and with offices across Edinburgh and Glasgow are now looking for some new team members.

We're looking for an Operations Executive to join their established team where you will play a key role in supporting the business.

This is based from their Edinburgh office (on a hybrid basis) and would be well suited to someone with a year's office work experience under their belt.

This is a key role where you'll provide an excellent support structure to the wider team.

What we're looking for:

• A recent graduate 1 year's office work experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational skills and quick learner
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and using their initiative
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Excellent telephone manner

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with the Operations Director and wider Operations and Executive team
• Providing administrative support across the agency
• Learning new systems such as our operations field management system
• Supporting the team with internal and external interviews which includes processing data on the back of this
• Answering incoming calls to the agency
