We're looking for an Operations Director to lead a portfolio of sites across the North region, driving performance, customer experience, and commercial growth. This is a field based role with overall responsibility for operational delivery, team leadership, and client relationships within your area.

What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities as the Operations Director will consist of:

  • Accountable for creating a culture of excellent customer experience within the community
  • Accountable for ensuring legal and company compliance within the strategic area of responsibility
  • Accountable for creating a platform for financial growth, exceeding financial targets
  • Accountable for building and proactively maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed client expectations, delivering a value added service proposition that builds and sustains industry competitive advantage
  • Oversee Operations Management function within the area of responsibility
  • Accountable for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of the operations team to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial value proposition to the company and senior client in line with company processes
  • Support the sales team with site visits and sales presentations, ensuring bids are operationally sound. Develop centres of excellence within sites to serve as reference points

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday Field based

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring and motivating a large and diverse team
  • Proven experience of working closely and successfully with clients
