Operations Director

Chippenham - Hybrid (3 days a week)£70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing ecommerce business based in Chippenham, they're looking for an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and hands on leadership across their operational functions, including warehousing, distribution, dispatch, facilities and operational technology.

You'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the business. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and managers. You'll need to have experience in end to end operations, leading high performing teams and managing risk and compliance. You'll also need to demonstrate experience in improving systems and processes to support a customer first, technology driven environment.

• Proven experience within operations at senior leadership level
• Strong background in warehousing, logistics, and multi site operational management - ideally in a retail environment
• Good knowledge of ERP operational systems
• Previous experience managing your own budgets, resources, and operational risk, including Health & Safety compliance
