Key job responsibilities

The Operations Associate will be a high-performing individual contributor responsible for end-to-end operations management of Services by Amazon in various EU marketplaces. The role involves organizing, planning, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments, and owning the production & quality KRAs for this team. The associate will be the first point of contact for the EU compliance teams of Amazon and must be comfortable liaising with remote teams.

They will also manage queues, adhere to service level goals, and route tasks through in-house technology. The role requires solving a wide range of problems, from strategic to real-time, involving extensive data collection and analysis. The associate should be comfortable making calls to Amazon Selling partners to understand and resolve queries. Operational experience and exposure to complex queue management are essential.

Additionally, the associate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields
