The successful candidate will support the Head of Operations in maintaining an effective operations, oversight, and outsourcing governance framework for a regulated Irish UCITS Management Company. The role combines day-to day operational oversight of outsourced service providers with NAV and valuation oversight, regulatory reporting coordination, fund lifecycle support, and operational risk management.
- Outsourcing Oversight & Governance: Oversee third-party service providers (Fund Administration, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Custody), managing SLAs, KPIs, due diligence reviews, and maintaining the firm's Outsourcing Framework for Board reporting.

- Operational Risk & Resiliency: Maintain and enhance control and incident management frameworks, supporting business continuity, third-party risk management, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Process Improvement & Leadership: Lead automation and continuous improvement projects using advanced tools, prepare executive management reporting, and mentor junior team members.
- Professional Background: 7+ years of experience within Asset Management Operations, Fund Administration, Depositary, Custody, Middle Office, or a UCITS/AIFM Management Company environment.
- Functional Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of UCITS/AIF funds, NAV oversight, fund accounting, outsourcing governance, operational risk, and regulatory reporting standards (EMIR, AIFMD, SFTR, PRIIPs).
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, workflow tools, or automation technologies is highly advantageous.
- Qualifications: Third-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required. Professional designations (such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CISI, FRM) are desirable.
