Operations & Delivery Leader - Systems, Network & Scale

Bloom is seeking an Operational Lead - Systems & Delivery in London, hybrid with 2 days in the office. You will oversee a network of coaches and a delivery engine, building workflows, tooling, and autonomous processes to scale coaching delivery while maintaining high quality.

You'll partner with Product, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into reliable operations, managing capacity, and driving performance across formats.
