About the role

We are seeking an experiencedOperations Analyst toplay a key role in optimising business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring our operational strategies align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will possesstrong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for operational detail.

What you'll get up to:
  • Take ownership of key operational processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for specific workflows, providing guidance and support to other team members.

  • Serve as a HubSpot power user, actively administering and optimising workflows, automation, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless HubSpot integration and effective utilisation across all operational touch points.

  • Drive data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot, ensuring accurate and reliable data for reporting and decision-making.

  • Proactively analyse operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead small-scale process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering tangible benefits.

  • Help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact for operational queries and escalations.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead to align team activities with broader business goals.

About you:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational role within the UK insurance industry.

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot user or administrator, with a strong understanding of its CRM, Service Hub, and workflow automation capabilities.

  • Solid understanding of the UK insurance market, including regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA rules).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Highly organised, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
